Clear Claims has a simple and straightforward fee structure.
- You do not pay any upfront fees. If you don’t win, we pay all the costs.
- Our professional team will manage the entire claim process, including any appeals to the Ombudsman and, if required, any court proceedings.
- We will negotiate the highest possible settlement for you.

How much does it cost?
We charge you 20% plus VAT of the money reclaimed (this equals 24% of the money reclaimed). You do not pay any upfront fees, in the unlikely event you don’t win, we pay all the costs. Please see below for an illustrative example of fees.

Our Fees

Example 1:
The Company recovers £1,000.00 which is paid directly to the Client. Our fee would be £200.00 plus VAT of £40.00 giving a total fee of £240.00. Leaving the Client with a cash sum of £760.00.
Example 2:
The Company recovers £3,000.00 which is paid directly to the Client. Our fee would be £600.00 plus VAT of £120.00 giving a total fee of £720.00. Leaving the Client with a cash sum of £2,280.00.
Example 3:
The Company recovers £10,000.00 which is paid directly to the Client. Our fee would be £2,000.00 plus VAT of £400.00 giving a total fee of £2,400.00. Leaving the Client with a cash sum of £7,600.00.
