Joint Claimant's Details

We will check all of your credit in joint names as well as your own name. This will help us find as much PPI for you as possible.

Please enter the joint account holder's details. (We don't do claims for beneficiaries or executors on behalf of deceased people. If it won’t be possible to get the joint account holder’s signature, please proceed with a PPI check in your name only)

We will proceed with a check in just your name. Some lenders will investigate your half of a joint claim and issue a 50% refund if successful. Others will require authority of both parties, but we will keep you updated either way.

How it Works

1. Request Your Claim Pack

We’ve kept it as easy for you as possible, all you have to do is complete the online form giving us just a few simple details. Once you have submitted your details we will contact you with a request for further information, which will help us identify all of your potential claims.

2. Sign & Return

Once we have identified your potential claims we will email you with a few documents to print, sign and return, using our Freepost Address. Once we have received your signed documents we will pursue your claim(s) with the lender(s). We are mindful of the detrimental environmental impact that using paper as a major contact medium incurs so, wherever possible, we endeavour to keep postal paperwork to a minimum and do our very best to utilise electronic communication to its fullest.

3. PPI Claim & Payment

The final stages of your PPI claim are to firstly submit your claim pack to your lender(s), where they will launch their own assessment process and either accept and make a compensation offer or reject your claim. If your claim is rejected we will take your claim to the Financial Ombudsman Service for an impartial ruling. If you are made a compensation offer we will advise you on whether it is a fair redress, or not. Once you have accepted the compensation amount, and received payment, we will then invoice you for our services.
