Would you like to start a claim for Plevin PPI or Mortgage Miscalculation?

What is Plevin PPI?

The difference between a PPI claim and a Plevin claim is that a Plevin claim is not addressing whether an insurance policy was mis-sold, but instead considers if a secret commission was paid to the lender, i.e., a commission NOT disclosed to you.

Has Your Mortgage Been Miscalculated?

Mortgage miscalculation is prevalent throughout the mortgage industry, the result is systematic overcharging of the agreed interest rates and fees over the duration of the mortgage.

How it Works

1. Request Your Claim Pack

We’ve kept it as easy for you as possible, all you have to do is complete the online form giving us just a few simple details. Once you have submitted your details we will contact you with a request for further information, which will help us identify all of your potential claims.  Please note, you do not need to use a claims management company to make your claim.  The Financial Ombudsman Service operates a free compensation scheme – www.financial-ombudsman.org.uk

2. Sign & Return

Once we have identified your potential claims we will email you with a few documents to print, sign and return, using our Freepost Address. Once we have received your signed documents we will pursue your claim(s) with the lender(s). We are mindful of the detrimental environmental impact that using paper as a major contact medium incurs so, wherever possible, we endeavour to keep postal paperwork to a minimum and do our very best to utilise electronic communication to its fullest.

3. Mortgage Miscalculation Claim & Payment

The final stages of your Mortgage Miscalculation claim are to firstly submit your claim pack to your lender(s), where they will launch their own assessment process and either accept and make a compensation offer or reject your claim. If your claim is rejected we will take your claim to the Financial Ombudsman Service for an impartial ruling. If you are made a compensation offer we will advise you on whether it is a fair redress, or not. Once you have accepted the compensation amount, and received payment, we will then invoice you for our services.
